Our IT System used by several SMART Services is currently unavailable and we do not expect it to be available until later today. This has impacted the following services:

• Wheelchair and Seating
• Prosthetics
• Environment Control

If you contacted one of the above services on Thursday, 13^th August 2026 please contact the Team on 0131 537 9177 and select the option for the service you wish to speak to ensure that we have all the information we require to progress your case.

There may be minor impact on the following services:

• Orthotics
• Gait Lab
• Custom Design
• Disabled Living Centre
